Thank you for agreeing to sponsor our upcoming annual PCOGS Meeting! We look forward to interacting with you and learning more about your company and products.

re: Exhibits - 

Our attendees have sign-off cards so that they are encouraged to visit all booths. All completed cards are raffled for an annual meeting registration. Please sign-off members cards as they visit your booth.

Fees:

Exhibitor:$3000

  • Includes exhibitor booth at at blocked times during program.

  • Company logos will be displayed on video projection screens during all interim times.

  • Recognition in the annual meeting program booklet.

 

Additional support and advertising opportunities:

  • $2500 Break time refreshments (Thursday AM, Thursday PM, Friday AM, Saturday AM)

  • $3500  Morning Breakfast (Thursday, Friday, or Saturday)

  • $4000 Lunch (Thursday)

  • $5500 Reception (Wednesday evening welcome reception, Off site reception - Thursday or Friday evening)

​Our General Meeting format for Exhibits:

Wednesday

6:30-9:00pm    Welcome Reception (One rep from each company is allowed to join us)

Thursday

6:00am- Set-up can begin in Luna 1-3

10:00am-10:45am Exhibits/Industry Representatives

3:15-4:00pm   Exhibits/Industry Representatives 

Friday

10:30-11:15 am Exhibits/Industry Representatives 

Saturday

10:30-11:15am Exhibits/Industry Representatives 

Load out begins after the last break on Saturday and must be completed by noon.
